    i got a shocking result in vit wid rank 25486 will i get a seat although i am getting 260-275 marks in EEE and 180-190 marks in IIT

  15. don't worry about ranks in VIT.
    i gave it last year
    i know people who got ranks in iit, and 50 thousand in vit and vice versa
    getting admission in vit isnt difficult either
    some people i know got admission with ranks of 40,50 thousand too

    My rank in VIT official site is appearing as 55691 wherein the SMS whch I received from VIT says 5691 and talks about counselling. which one shall I trust. I hv checked with VIT site but it is still 55691. pls let me know.
