Sir, it says that im on the waiting list, doe they say this for everyone, or does this mean that i have a chance in BITS?

ReplyDeletesee lavina. i think u shud see firstly and most imp your interest and secondly the nit u r getting into.
ReplyDeleteFor an eg- u wana go for com sc an leavind nit warangal or jaipur or thapr etc. for civil in bits den its a bit silly.
now the other way too if ur geting com sc. in nit hamirpur or any other not so good college(i am not comenting in any way on nit hamirpur) and any other branch wich u don mind in doin in bits, den better go for bits!! all d best. do post ur decision.

If u r getting chemical in BITS, u surely will get MSc Information Systems (which is IT in BITS)too in BITS.. So, decide depending on ur preferences and what u will get.

ReplyDeleteSir, i scored 276 in my bitsat 2010 exam. I have been placed on the waiting list. What are the chances of getting an Integrated MSc. at Goa or Hyderabad, for me? Should I prefer MSc. (tech) Finance at the Pilani campus, if it is offered to me in the 2nd iteration, ahead of MSc. (Hons) at Goa or Hyderabad?

NIT Jaipur is equally good. Stick to your prefferred stream.
