We have crossed the 10,000 mark

It has been a long and hard journey to this date reaching a milestone of having ten thousand feed readers. It all started of with an email to few of my friends in 2006 on what courses to choose in BITS and How BITSAT is different from other exams. It was later all about helping aspirants and parents in forums, and then it came to the start of BITSexam blog and now in 2010 mock tests from the students who have written the first BITSAT test series conducted in 2005.Our ultimate aim would be to serve every Bits aspirant, but I would be more than happy if we reach ten percent of the aspirants. Tonight I and Santosh are making some final tweaks to the Bitsexam test series and are hoping that we keep up our promise to provide paid Bitsat test series this year by the start of March. As I have told in my previous post, we are too short on time and resources hence we would only be allowing the first 2000 people to take the test. If things go fine this year ,we promise to provide the test series to every one who wants to take it for Bitsat 2012.

Here are the cutoff scores for Admission into BITS Pilani all the three campuses for the year 2010. If we look at the cutoffs, it is the clear that one must consistently score above 300 in Mock tests equivalent to that of BITSAT.

As most of you know BITSexam is starting BITSAT mock tests for the year 2011. Only the first 2000 students will be allowed for the mock tests due to operational constraints. Book your slot by mailing to admin@bitsexam.com

IIT JEE will be computer based from 2014

Way to go IIT JEE... finally following the new world order. As you all know BITSAT was the first online entrance examination at undergraduate level. Finally the people at the IIT's have realised the importance of online examinations. So wait till 2014, when everyting becomes computerised.


AIEEE is half online. I still dont get what is the point of having only 1 lac students online and the rest pen and paper.

As per the orders of the Min. of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, the online examination would be conducted for a maximum of 1.0 lac candidates in BE/B.Tech only and remaining candidates will appear in Pen & paper mode (off-line) as conducted earlier.
Anyways hope AIEEE in coming years will be completely online

BITSexam is the forefront helping and advising students about tips to crack online engineering entrance examination. From February 2011 onwards we are going to start our Mock Test series for BITSAT and which would most probably be extended to AIEEE.
